For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.
Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.

Heavenly Father,
As the apostle Paul so beautifully teaches, You have called the Church one body, united under one head—Christ. In a healthy body, the members do not compete, argue, envy, or dispute their importance. Each part faithfully carries out its role, whether visible or hidden, prominent or quietly unseen, and together the body lives and functions as one.
Lord, I pray that You grant me the grace and wisdom to first know myself rightly before You. Help me to understand the gifts You have entrusted to me, the capabilities You have placed within me, and the honest measure of what I can bring to the table—not with conceit, not with pride, and not with false modesty, but with sober judgment rooted in truth.
Teach me, Father, to accept this measure with peace and gratitude. Let me neither compare myself with others nor diminish what You have placed in me. May I receive my gifts as sacred stewardship, not as personal achievement, and use them faithfully to glorify You and serve Your people.
If You have called me to serve, let me serve wholeheartedly.
If You have called me to teach, let me teach with clarity and faithfulness.
If You have called me to encourage, let my words heal and strengthen weary hearts.
If You have called me to give, let me give generously and without hesitation.
If You have called me to lead, let me lead with zeal and integrity.
If You have called me to show mercy, let me do so with joy and compassion.
Above all, Lord, keep my heart anchored in grace—the grace that assigns gifts, sustains faith, and unites us as one body in Christ. May everything I do flow from love, humility, and obedience, so that the body is built up and Your name alone is glorified.
