I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Heavenly Father,
As a follower of Jesus, I stand in awe of who You are—the Father who sent Your Son to take on human flesh for our salvation, the Father who has given us Your Holy Spirit to dwell within us, the God who calls His ministry a body, the Church. To You, Lord, our bodies belong just as much as our souls belong.
I pray, Father, that You grant me the wisdom never to diminish the value of my body by thinking of it as merely temporary or disposable, but to honor it as an instrument set apart for Your kingdom and Your purposes. Teach me to offer myself fully to You—body, mind, and soul—as an act of true worship.
May my eyes look upon others with love, compassion, and mercy, and may they faithfully read and meditate on Scripture so I may know You more deeply.
May my lips and my voice rise in praise to You, and may the sound of Your glory spoken through me touch and transform lives.
May my hands be quick to serve those in need, and my feet willing to walk the extra mile to support, comfort, and uplift others.
May my knees bend often in prayer—for myself and for those You place in my path.
Let my thoughts be centered on You, my actions pleasing in Your sight, and my decisions aligned with Your perfect will. May my everyday work—as a human being, as someone’s worker, as someone’s family member, as someone’s friend—be carried out with intention, care, passion, and love, so that my life may truly represent You in me. I am imperfect, O God, yet I place myself in Your hands. Work through me. Transform me. Let my life testify that Your will is good, well-pleasing, and perfect—just as You are.
