First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is proclaimed in all the world. For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I mention you always in my prayers, asking that somehow by God’s will I may now at last succeed in coming to you. For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you—that is, that we may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith, both yours and mine. I do not want you to be unaware, brothers, that I have often intended to come to you (but thus far have been prevented), in order that I may reap some harvest among you as well as among the rest of the Gentiles. I am under obligation both to Greeks and to barbarians, both to the wise and to the foolish. So I am eager to preach the gospel to you also who are in Rome.

Heavenly Father,
I thank You for the faith You have planted in Your people all across the world. Just as Apostle Paul gave thanks for the believers in Rome, I, too, praise You for the faith that unites Your children everywhere.
Lord, give me a heart that prays sincerely for others — even those I do not know personally but know through You. Teach me to intercede selflessly for fellow believers, that Your love may grow stronger in the bond of prayer and fellowship. Help me to cultivate the spirit of encouragement, so that together we may rejoice and be strengthened in Christ.
Grant me, O Lord, a heart eager to share the gospel with all whom You place in my path — near or far. As Jesus said, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men,” and reminded us that “the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” Strengthen me to be one of those laborers, faithful in sowing seeds of truth and love. Let me live as a vessel of Your grace, bringing souls to Your Kingdom and bearing fruit that glorifies Your holy name.
