Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for placing the Holy Spirit within me. There are days when I run to You in my weakness, and there are days when I run away because I feel overwhelmed. In both moments, I recognize that I am not always able to express my heart clearly—I come with emotions that cloud my words. But You, Lord, are gracious and compassionate. You have given me the Holy Spirit Himself to intercede for me, to speak on my behalf with groanings too deep for words.
I pray, Lord, that in every challenging moment, my heart will remember this truth. Let me feel the peace that comes from knowing the Spirit within me is carrying my unspoken pain, my unexpressed fears, and my hidden burdens directly to You.
Thank You, Lord, for choosing someone like me—broken, imperfect, and sinful. Thank You for sending Your only Son, Jesus Christ, to live, suffer, and die for me, and for raising Him so that every barrier between us would be destroyed. I pray that my heart stays humble and my mind remains surrendered to this truth: I did nothing to earn salvation. You did everything.
